Monthly memberships: Monthly memberships are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another individual.

Daily passes: Daily passes are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another individual.

Meeting and conference room rentals: Meeting and conference room rentals are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24-hours' notice.
